Step 1: Downloading the App
For iOS (App Store):
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
In the search bar, type “TAXI BOOKER” and hit enter to download.
Once downloaded open the search bar of “TAXI BOOKER”.
Write “TAXITIME” in the search bar and then select the same.
Create an account with your verified mobile number.
Choose Pick-up & Drop-off destinations and confirm booking.

For Android (Play Store):
Open the Play Store on your Android smartphone or tablet.

Step 2: Register or Log In
Once the app is installed, open it from your device’s app drawer.
If you’re a new user, tap on the “Register” or “Sign Up” option to create a new account. Provide the required information, including your name, email, and contact details. Set a password for your account.
If you’re an existing user, tap “Log In” and enter your registered email and password to access your account.
Step 3: Booking a Ride
Upon logging in, the app will present you with the main screen.
To book a ride, tap on the “Book a Ride” button or a similar option, depending on the app’s interface.
Enter your current location using the built-in map feature or type in the address manually. You can also use your device’s GPS to automatically detect your location.
Next, input your destination in the same manner.
Choose your preferred vehicle type from the available options. You might have choices such as Standard, Premium, or SUV, depending on your company’s offerings.
Select any additional preferences, such as payment method, ride options, or special requests.
Confirm the details of your ride, including pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, estimated fare, and any other relevant information.
Once you’re satisfied with the information, tap the “Book Now” or “Confirm Booking” button to initiate the ride request.
Step 4: Tracking and Ride Completion
After confirming the booking, the app will display the estimated arrival time of your assigned driver along with their details.
You can track the driver’s real-time location on the map as they approach your pickup point.
Upon reaching your destination, the app will notify you, and you can complete the ride by making the payment using your preferred method (credit card, digital wallet, etc.).
You’ll have the opportunity to rate and provide feedback about the ride, helping us improve our services.
